Housing Opportunities for Musicians and Entertainers
HOME was formed by a group of concerned women in Austin, Texas, for the purpose of providing financial housing assistance for aging musicians in need. To do so, HOME works to channel the generous donations of those who love Austin music toward easing those challenges. You can see more for yourself at www.homeaustin.org All proceeds from The Addison Squared Jersey goes directly to HOME. The first round of jersey sales was able to raise 1500.00 for HOME. Community First! Village
Often referred to as the most talked about neighborhood in Austin, Community First! Village is a 51-acre master planned development that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness. Learn more about what they are doing at www.mlf.org/community-first/ The objective from our first public sale was to help get folks off of the streets. Thanks to your help and the generous support of our in house sponsors - We were able to donate 3000.00 directly to Community First! Village, a development of Mobile Loaves & Fishes- in honor of Austin Legend, Leslie Cochran. |
